Understand the equipment.
Find its condition, interventions and who is responsible for it. Keep those records when it changes site or hands.
From records to action
Our goal: help you decide what to do with each piece of equipment, coordinate its handling and document recovered value alongside economic, environmental and social outcomes.
Product design stage. Technical foundation written and tested. No live service.
Condition, interventions and destination inform its next use.
Designed for a shared responsibility
Equipment owners. Maintenance teams. Reuse and recovery partners.
01 / Beyond an inventory
Find its condition, interventions and who is responsible for it. Keep those records when it changes site or hands.
Choose repair, reassignment or retirement. Know who approves, who acts and whether handling has been accepted.
Record what was actually done, costs, recovered value and supporting documents. Keep missing information visible.
02 / One device, several possible futures
Explore the planned records and exchanges behind three possible decisions. Fictional example: these workflows are not yet available in the product.
A fictional record. No equipment offered for sale.
The technician records the fault and diagnosis.
The authorised manager approves the repair; the technician confirms acceptance.
After the intervention, record tests, costs and return to service, if confirmed.
A repair alone does not establish how much lifetime was gained.
03 / Make the outcome count
A decision alone is not enough. Track what it made possible for the organisation, the environment and people, with clear sources and limits.
Separate estimated value, realised proceeds and repair, logistics or treatment costs. The net outcome can be negative.
Record return to service, reassignment or the actual destination. Environmental estimates need an explicit method, baseline and uncertainty.
Specify who benefits from the equipment, for which use and over what period. Return to service alone does not prove improved incomes or living conditions.
Carbon estimates are not certified or sold carbon credits. No impact figures are claimed here.
04 / Useful beyond one screen
We envisage a dashboard, reports and exchanges with your software. APIs could let your tools use the same records, subject to access rights.
The dashboard, public APIs and connectors remain to be built. The first exchanges will address a specific need.

A few clear boundaries
This is not a shop. RKovera is designed to help organisations decide what comes next and track handling and outcomes. Resale, reuse or materials recovery may involve partners. No buyer or price is guaranteed.
Not yet. The technical foundation is written and tested, but the full workflow remains to be built. We are discussing needs to prepare a first pilot. The examples on this page are fictional.
No. A consistent history alone does not prove that an operation took place. Supporting documents must also specify what was checked, by whom and within which limits.
A fault to resolve, a reassignment or a retirement to prepare? Let's discuss the case, the teams involved and the expected outcome.
